Tension before the regional court: A murder in the exclusive villa district of Obermenzing, in which the elderly Katrin F. (72) was stabbed, is to be clarified.

Munich – Greed is his motive: In order to be able to get hold of her inheritance, Ahmed H. (34) is said to have stabbed the rich widow Katrin F. (72) in Obermenzing.
This is how the public prosecutor assessed the act of January 2022 and brought charges of murder against the Syrian.
But he vehemently denies the crime and his lawyer Adam Ahmed says: "My client is innocent."
After a brief statement on Wednesday, Ahmed H. said all afternoon today - and rejected the blame again.
In February 2020 he met Katrin F., until her death she lived in a chic glass villa on Münchhausener Straße.
Ahmed H. repaired her car.
"She came to see me very often," he says.
"I helped her with the car and with the groceries."
From time to time they both went out to eat.
Visits to Starnberg or Murnau were part of the friendship that both had developed.
"She said she has no children and wanted to adopt me because I'm nice.
It was a relationship like a mother and her son," says Ahmed H.
According to him, the elderly woman wanted to move to Italy and sell her house.
Among those interested was a man who scared the 72-year-old.
"It was a gypsy," says H. "She said he wanted to kill her and that I should come to her." He traveled to Munich from Dortmund, where H.'s girlfriend and both children live.
Allegedly, Katrin F. had hematomas on her legs.
"I took her to the doctor," says H. He didn't kill her - he took care of her.
