More than a quarter of a century ago, before the fashion for French steakhouses, William Bernet, a former butcher who became a restaurant owner, took over this bar, which he made a reference.
Black pudding from the Parra house, homemade pork terrine, beef tartare with a knife or fillet of rump steak with pepper sauce, very thick and served rare as it should be with excellent fries, come out in rhythm from the microphone -kitchen, in a fairly intimate atmosphere of faithful and one-day visitors happy to be there.
