The Narrhalla Heidechia Eching/Neufahrn celebrated a glamorous enthronement: at the premiere of their thrilling show, no wishes were left unfulfilled.

Eching/Neufahrn

- The Narrhalla Heidechia Eching/Neufahrn had a great start to the first "post-pandemic" carnival season at their festive and happy enthronement ball.

At the premiere of their thrilling show in the sold-out town hall, all the stops were pulled out to implement the motto "The Greatest Show: The carnival carousel is spinning again" in a multifaceted and dazzling way.

The focus of the evening were the freshly enthroned madmen and double regents of the neighboring communities of Eching and Neufahrn, Julia I. (Burglechner) and Andreas VI.

(of hair) who are also a couple in real life.

And there all carnival friends agreed: You can confidently entrust the two of them with the scepter for this year's foolish carnival season.

The princess from Neufahrn, who has dedicated body and soul to her Narrhalla Heidechia for 15 years and has gone through all sorts of stations such as Kindergarde and X-Quiteens and is now involved as a trainer of the Teenygarde and on the board, as well as the native prince from the Rhineland, which was practically born with carnival, are almost predestined as royal carnival representatives of the fifth season.

This was also seen by the political officials.

At the ceremony of the royal changing of the guard, flanked by the ex-prince couple Claudia III.

(Auerhammer) and Christian II. (Buschendorf), Eching's mayor Sebastian Thaler and municipal councilor Christa Kürzinger, representing the municipality of Neufahrn, were happy to hand over the symbolic keys to the town hall.

Prince's Waltz to a soulful song

The new regents use their inaugural speech to thank all supporters, friends, family and the association.

The princess bestowed her personal medals on her mother, and the prince on his first dance teacher.

And then the carnival carousel started moving energetically and persistently - and revolved around the radiant and glittering royal couple, who traditionally started the long night of the ball with a waltz - for which they had chosen the soulful song "You are the reason".

(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)

In a varied show, choreographed and trained by the trainer duo Heidi Paulini-Lammet and Lisa Alteneder, the 18-strong guard impressed with alternating dance styles - from Latino to jazz to lyrical.

And the quilting as a special trademark of the Heidechia could not be missing.

The carnival spectacle with breathtaking lifting figures, a lot of charisma and tact and great costumes inspired the audience.

There is no need to worry about the future of Heidechia.

The proof: the pre-dance program of the Teenygarde X-Quiteens, 12 to 13 years old and full of “carnival power”, which this year is being trained again by Julia Burglechner, supported by Vroni Günzel.

With their approximately ten-minute show program "Freaking Out", the teens made the hall tremble.

But not only Heidechia enlivened the floor with their performances, but also the band Tropical Rain.

Order of Honor is now called "Little Fool"

Something very special, but also familiar, is the Order of Honor of Narrhalla Heidechia, which operated under the still common name of "Kleine Mohr" from 1985 to 2019 and was awarded twice on this evening.

However, the award was made in connection with a name change: this year, the medal of honor went to Lisa Alteneder and Tobias Lammet under its new name of “Little Fool”.

As laudators, Claudia Steiger-Steiniger and Frauke Bachmeier, two former princesses from 2008 and 2010, who were also medal recipients in 2019 and 2013, paid tribute in their own words to the "foolish commitment" of the convinced Heidechians: Claudia Steiger-Steininger threw humorous highlights at the two Decades in which Lisa Alteneder put her heart and soul into being a guard dancer,

Trainer and board member for which Heidechia has earned.

Frauke Bachmeier thanked Tobias Lammet for his many years of varied work as a guard dancer, board member and "music technician".
