As part of the extensive outreach activities carried out by the Samaria Council around the world, the head of the Samaria Regional Council, Yossi Dagan, initiated a conference in the European Parliament on the subject of a demand to stop the transfer of funds from the European Union to the Palestinian Authority and to terrorists in Israeli prisons.

"She was a therapeutic artist, loved nature, sports, and trips and of course her family," said Benjamin Horgan about his wife Esther.

"Just two years ago she went on a trip, and she never came back. We were informed that her body was found. Since then we have worked hard to survive. The Palestinian Authority has a law that says if you are in an Israeli prison for murdering a Jew, you will receive a salary from the Authority, which is also budgeted by the European Union."

"I know that most members of the European Parliament are blindly pro-Palestinian," said Benjamin Horgan, "but you have to come and see the reality with your own eyes. Because Israelis and Palestinians live together, work together, in peaceful ways. Only some of them do the opposite and unfortunately these are the leaders of the authority".

"Momo taught me something important," said Odelia, Esther Horgan's daughter.

"There are two forces in the world - fear and love."

"saw the good in every person"

"I learned from my mother to be motivated by love, unfortunately not everyone had you as a mother, unfortunately not everyone got to learn from your wonderful education," Odelia added.

"My mother connected with all kinds of people," said Abigail, "she was able to see the good in every person. I will continue to live according to her world view. The trauma is so great that even washing dishes is too much for me. I am recovering slowly but it is difficult and I am tired. I I'm begging you, don't continue to help the terrorists. Don't let the cycle of killing continue to grow."

The head of the Samaria Regional Council, Yossi Dagan, called for an immediate halt to the transfer of funds to the Palestinian Authority.

"Terrorism hurts families every day who are left with their pain. The tax money of hundreds of millions of European Union citizens is used to encourage the murder of Jews in the State of Israel. Half a billion NIS a year is transferred by the Authority to terrorists in Israeli prisons."

"The more they killed, the higher the salary," added Dagan.

"The despicable terrorist Muhammad Kabaha, who murdered Esther Horgan, receives from you, the European taxpayer, 12,000 shekels a month. 6 times the average salary in the Palestinian Authority. So I ask. Doesn't it pay to murder Jews? Look into the eyes of these orphans. And promise that you will do everything to stop you. the madness".

"The murderer receives thousands of shekels a year from the Authority."

Members of the European Parliament during the ceremony

Member of the European Parliament from the Netherlands Bret Jan Roysen:

"We are here to commemorate Esther Horgan. A victim of a shocking terrorist attack that took place not far from her home. We express solidarity with the entire Israeli people and we clearly condemn any type of terrorism. Israel has the right to defend itself. I am shocked to find out that the murderer will receive 4,000,000 shekels from the Palestinian Authority during his lifetime for committing the horrible crime."

Member of the European Parliament on behalf of the Czech Republic Tomasz Zadakhovsky:

"This debate is as important as anything else. Today we bring the memory of Esther who was killed in an attack by terrorists. We must not tolerate any terrorism. Terrorism and violence against people like Esther continue in Israel, so we must not forget and honor the This discussion and prevent terrorism from taking place."

Member of Parliament Anna-Michel Asimkopoulou:

"Nothing that is said will cover your loss. I can only assure you that after this day, Esther's memory will also live in our hearts and thoughts. In the European Parliament we were asked to help finance the textbooks of the Palestinians, but we said we would not This is until all those antisemitic contents of hatred are removed immediately, and we will continue to act this way. In memory of Esther, we will continue to fight."

Member of Parliament Zeliana Zubko:

"Citizens should never be victims of violence, and this is an act of cowardice, which does not achieve peace. I thank Esther's daughters who came here, and who bravely told their story, they gave us a strong message that calls us to fight for peace at home ".

Member of Parliament Robert Ross:

"We are here to honor the memory of Esther Horgan. Who was murdered just because she was Jewish. The European Union raises an eye. How do you expect the Israelis to make peace with a society that rewards terrorism?"

Member of Parliament Kon Matsuo:

"Esther was brutally murdered, and the terrorist who was captured is being financed, his family is being offered money, how twisted can the system be. The Palestinian Authority is giving almost a million euros to the killer. In fact, they are encouraging terrorism. And this needs to stop today."

Member of the European Parliament Christian Teres:

"I was shocked to find out that our money finances textbooks that encourage children to throw stones and kill someone else. And that this is considered an act of heroism. It's crazy. We call on Israel to find a peaceful solution and on the other hand the European Union finances textbooks that encourage children to see everything Jews are the enemy. We must use all our power to stop this funding."
