On January 13, 2023, the 16th season "I'm a star, get me out of here" will start on RTL.
The jungle camp will be broadcast from the Australian jungle for the first time after the corona pandemic.
Jungle Camp, also known as "I'm a Celebrity - Get Me Out of Here!" is a reality TV show that has been broadcast in Germany since 2004.
Mostly filmed in the Australian jungle, the show follows the adventures of celebrities living in a camp trying to complete various challenges.
At the end of each week, one celebrity is voted on by viewers and voted out of the camp until only one winner remains at the end.
The most famous moderators of the jungle camp
The jungle camp has had some well-known moderators over the years, including Sonja Zietlow and Daniel Hartwich, who have been there since the first season.
They accompany the celebrities through their adventures in the camp and conduct interviews with them.

Scandals in the jungle camp
Over the years there have been scandals in the jungle camp, some of which have made the headlines.
Some of the most well-known scandals are the altercations between the celebrities, the injuries they sustained, and the producers' decisions to remove certain celebrities from the show.
