The police received a report at 5:53 p.m. today (12th) that two thieves armed with knives robbed a watch store on the 2nd floor of the Presidential Commercial Building at No. 608 Nathan Road, Mong Kok. 200,000 yuan in cash and the employee's phone and wallet. The 44-year-old male shop owner surnamed Huang suffered injuries to his fingers and forehead. After assisting the police in the investigation at the scene, he was treated by ambulancemen and sent to Kwong Wah Hospital for treatment.
Police are looking for the fugitive and investigating the incident.
On-site news said that at the time of the incident, the staff of a nearby store heard the owner and his wife arguing with others in the watch store for several minutes, and then robbed many watches, cash and other property with a knife.
Afterwards, the male shopkeeper talked about the incident to the staff of the shop, describing it as "shocking!", and gestured with his hand that the length of the knife reached a foot, and then "replaced the knife with his hand" and put it close to the other party's neck, "(using Knife) "Down" to bury you, it's so good, it bleeds when you wipe it."
The police said that they received a report this afternoon from a 44-year-old male shopkeeper surnamed Huang, saying that they were threatened by two men with a watermelon knife about 25 cm long in the shop and robbed seven watches worth about 122 yuan in the shop. , about 200,000 yuan in cash and its wallet and mobile phone.
The two robbers then fled.
After receiving the report, the police arrived at the scene for investigation and classified the case as "robbery" and handed it over to the Mong Kok District Crime Squad for follow-up. No one has been arrested yet.
The police are looking for two men aged between 25 and 30, 1.7 meters to 1.8 meters tall, wearing a black top and black trousers, and a gray top and black trousers at the time of the incident.
