Ukrainian soldiers expect 50 Bradleys from the USA in the Ukraine war.
They are to be trained on the armored personnel carriers in the Upper Palatinate.
Washington - Kyiv relies on new equipment from the West in the Ukraine war - including Bradley armored personnel carriers.
At the beginning of January, the USA announced that it would deliver 50 of the tracked vehicles to Kyiv.
Now it is clear where Ukrainian soldiers are to be trained on them: at the military training area in Grafenwoehr, Bavaria.
This was confirmed by Pentagon spokesman Pat Ryder on Tuesday (January 10).
The 50 Bradleys are scheduled to arrive in Ukraine in the coming weeks, Ryder said.
According to the US military, they usually have a cannon, a machine gun and armor-piercing missiles.
With the Bradleys, the US also wants to supply 500 anti-tank missiles and 250,000 rounds of 25mm ammunition.

Training on US tanks: Washington opts for Grafenwoehr in Bavaria
The United States is considered Ukraine's most important ally in the defense against the Russian invasion.
With a new package, they have provided or pledged more than $24.9 billion in military aid to the country since President Joe Biden began, the US Department of Defense said.
The US Army has a good 12,500 soldiers stationed in Grafenwoehr in north-eastern Bavaria and in neighboring Vilseck.
It is one of their largest locations in Europe.
In the meantime, a deduction had stood in the room.
