The German economy did surprisingly well last year, despite strong headwinds.
Munich - The German economy was unexpectedly robust last year.
Despite inflation, ongoing supply chain problems and the energy crisis, gross domestic product rose by 1.9 percent in 2022, the Federal Statistical Office announced on Friday.
