Michel Rostang has transported the 2 stars from his opulent restaurant in the 17th to the first floor of the Gare de Lyon.


At Le Train Bleu, station cuisine has become gourmet with the arrival of Michel Rostang.

A lover of beautiful products and exact cooking, this gifted and hyperactive chef has given panache to the cuisine served in this fabulous place, with a decor overflowing with sculptures and gold.

This place, some rooms of which are classified as historical monuments, was erected during the Universal Exhibition of 1900, at the same time as the Grand Palais and the Alexandre-III bridge.

The ceiling height reaches 8 meters.

Le Train Bleu is a real museum of the 1900s, the greatest painters of the time were invited to put their signature on it.

With Michel Rostang, Le Train Bleu and its 250 seats have opted for traditional French cuisine, adapted to the consumers of our time.
