The young man, in civilian clothes, had spent a good time in a downtown bar-restaurant with a friend.
On leaving, around 11:50 p.m., he had the unpleasant surprise of finding himself face to face with a group of individuals, one of whom was more than threatening.
At rue Eugène-Briais, the latter squarely punched the plainclothes policeman in the face.
Result: the victim gets away with 10 days of total incapacity for work (ITT).
The alleged perpetrator will be tried in June in the criminal court
She owed her salvation to the arrival of reinforcements from the national police who were able to arrest her alleged attacker at the scene of the brawl.
It is a man, also 24 years old, who would be homeless.

Arrested, he was placed in police custody, then released with a summons to the criminal court in his pocket for violence against a police officer.
His trial is scheduled for June 16.
