Soccer in the United States has historically been a sport of low popularity, even in a state like Florida, where its demographics are highly Latino.

This trend has changed dramatically in recent years with the development of new franchises, with world-class stadiums and teams.

Particularly in Miami, the arrival of David Beckham with his multi-million dollar MLS Inter Miami franchise confirmed that the trend of this sport, being the favorite of the new generations, is here to stay.

The United States is a country that is preparing to be a power in this discipline

and wants to be at the level of the next world cup in 2026 where Miami will be one of the venues.

This exponential growth motivated a group of Argentine entrepreneurs to create Arena Madness, a project that has had a passion for Argentine-style baseball from the beginning.

"Arena Madness began as an idea several years ago and gained strength in 2020 when we decided to study the needs of the market and put together a business model that represents the highest standards in the world of sports and entertainment," says Pedro Dominguez, CEO of the Company that has partners with a lot of experience in start-ups in the area of medicine and technology in Buenos Aires.

A leading sports complex network in Miami

“The group understands the potential that soccer has in Miami, but we wanted to go further and also analyze the shortcomings and difficulties in the amateur sports market,” says Dominguez, who arrived in Miami for the opening of the first of his three projects:

the largest indoor sports complex in South Florida

located in the city of Doral.

This property will have several soccer fields with synthetic grass imported from Europe, giant screens, changing rooms, a bar, a restaurant, and a 360 screen that incorporates digital technology for 3D children's events, with laser games and glow soccer.

“We are in the second stage of the project, which consists of including paddle tennis courts, a Soccer Shop, a high-performance training center and the incorporation of high technology in events on the property.

The latter is led by one of our developer partners, recognized for being part of the founding team of two unicorn companies in the technology sector, one of which was one of the first Metaverses in the world”, explained Pedro Dominguez.

Once the Doral property is inaugurated, ARENA MADNESS will expand into franchises on land located in Hollywood, Hallandale and Pompano Beach.

"At the same time, we are working with two Florida cities to jointly open high-quality sports complexes in their public spaces with soccer fields, paddle tennis, e-games, locker rooms, high-performance centers, among other amenities."

Arena Madness is preparing to be a leading sports complex network in Miami and the US

with a cutting-edge business model that will meet the highest standards of aesthetics, quality and service at the MIAMI level but with the passion, culture and characteristics unique to Argentine soccer.

The largest indoor soccer complex in South Florida opens this week.

“The concept is a unique place where soccer culture converges with other sports, including virtual sports.

To this is added a high quality of service and world-class facilities in a relaxed and fun environment that won over renowned international brands and first division soccer teams interested in us developing their academy for the search and preparation of future talents” Dominguez commented.

Part of this success is due to the excellent location of these projects.

Silvana Carlotto, Miami Commercial and Residential Broker, added: "Analyzing the surrounding demographics, zoning and potential growth is only the first step in finding the perfect space for each development; in the case of Arena Madness I had to be on top of it. same level of excellence.

Carlotto is recognized for its experience in the commercial and business field throughout Florida with offices in Miami, Orlando and Naples.
