Actions are aimed at bad habits of pedestrians and drivers, such as "illegal parked vehicles causing serious obstruction to the road", "crossing the road indiscriminately", "illegally entering a yellow square intersection", "failing to give way to pedestrians on the zebra crossing", "careless Driving", "Dangerous Driving", and "Using Mobile Phones While Cars Are Moving" and other illegal acts, to ensure smooth flow of roads and improve road safety and law-abiding awareness of road users, so as to protect public safety.

During the operation, officers also used mobile video recording to improve law enforcement efficiency. A total of more than 6,200 fixed penalty notices were issued and 37 vehicles that caused serious obstruction were towed away.

The Police remind the public that if a driver parks illegally, causing serious traffic congestion or posing a danger to other road users, the Police will not only ticket the vehicle concerned multiple times and prosecute the driver, but may also tow the vehicle away.

Police appeal to motorists not to park illegally for temporary convenience.
