After opening several restaurants in Paris, Assaf Granit and the JLM group are extending their concept of Israeli cuisine beyond the capital.

While dozens of new wave Israeli restaurants have been springing up in Paris for the past decade, the JLM group is undoubtedly the most prolific and successful: after the festive Balagan in 2017 (currently closed for renovation), the counter gourmet Shabour (2019, starred in 2021), vegetarian Tekés and caterer Shosh (2022).
