US Republican politician, candidate for governor of Kentucky, Jeffrey Yang, has called for US President Joe Biden to be removed from office over war crimes committed in Ukraine.
Sputnik quoted Yang as saying on his Twitter account: “I believe that Biden should be tried immediately for war crimes in Ukraine, Yemen, Syria and Iraq, and also for the continuation of the proxy war against Russia in Ukraine.” The American politician added: “All US presidents since 1945 is war criminals without exception.”
In another context, according to specialists, the issue of confidential documents that were recently found in the home of US President Joe Biden represents an obstacle to his candidacy for a second term in the year 2024, as Alan Lichtman, professor of politics at the American University, said: “This issue will negatively affect Biden.”
It is noteworthy that he found secret documents dating back to the period when he was Vice President under Barack Obama between 2009 and 2017, which is prohibited by US law, at Biden's home in Wilmington, Delaware.
US Attorney General Merrick Garland signed a document appointing Robert Hoare as a special prosecutor with the power to investigate any person or entity who may have violated the law in this case.
