Change of staff in Benediktbeuern: honorary title for Hanns-Frank Seller

Change of baton: On Epiphany, Benedikt Mattern (right) officially took over the office of District Fire Chief for the communities of Benediktbeuern, Bichl, Kochel and Schlehdorf from Frank Seller.
He held the office for over 18 years and was appointed honorary district fire chief.

There was a change at the beginning of the new year: district fire chief Hanns-Frank Seller handed over his position to Benedikt Mattern.
Seller himself was awarded.
Benediktbeuern/Bad Tölz
– One of the most deserving and well-known firefighters in the Loisachtal was bid farewell at the epiphany meeting of the district fire brigades in Bad Tölz and appointed honorary district fire chief: Hanns-Frank Seller from Benediktbeuern.
From 2004 to the end of 2022, the 62-year-old was district fire chief for the municipalities of Benediktbeuern, Bichl, Kochel am See and Schlehdorf. He also held a number of other honorary posts with the fire brigade and is chairman of the fire support association there.
In addition, the socially committed father of two children has been deputy mayor of his home town of Benediktbeuern since 2014.
As part of the Epiphany meeting in Bad Tölz (we already reported), District Fire Councilor Erich Zengerle presented Hanns-Frank Seller with an honorary certificate to the applause of those present.
At the same time, he officially introduced Benedikt Mattern as his successor.
