Last Friday (6th), he was at a shopping mall at No. 833 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Cheung Sha Wan. He quarreled with a minibus driver due to a tangent problem. The passengers were in an uproar.

The case was classified as "criminal intimidation" and "self-declared triad member" at that time, and was handed over to the Anti-Triad Action Team of Sham Shui Po Police District for follow-up.

The police subsequently arrested 2 men and 2 women in Tai Po on Wednesday (11th), aged between 30 and 57, suspected of "drug trafficking" and violation of the "Import and Export (Strategic Commodities) Regulations", including Liao Nan.

He also suspected that it was related to the terrorist case in Cheung Sha Wan, and the case was transferred to the Organized Crime and Triad Bureau for further follow-up.
