The Mexican goalkeeper Guillermo "Memo" Ochoa played this Sunday in the scandalous defeat of his team, Salernitana, against Atalanta, in what was a match corresponding to matchday 18 of Serie A in Italy.
In a resounding way, Salernitana fell 8-2 against Atalanta.
This result became the worst win that Ochoa has received in his entire career, according to a review of data made on the specialized Transfermarkt site.
Previously, "Memo" Ochoa had two results as his biggest wins, both occurred in 2016:
The first was on June 19, when Ochoa defended the goal of the Mexican team in the Copa América Centenario.
On that occasion, Mexico lost 7-0 against Chile.
And the second was on October 15, when Memo wore the Granada shirt.
That time, his team lost 7-1 against Atlético de Madrid in a Spanish La Liga match.
This Sunday, Atalanta practically settled the match in the first half: at halftime, the team was already beating Salernitana 5-1.
In the complementary part, three more fell into Ochoa's nets and his team scored one more to decorate the scoreboard.

Despite the eight-goal defeat, Ochoa made five important saves in the game, so the final result could have been much more bulky against an Atalanta team that made 8 of its 13 shots on target.
Against Atalanta, Memo Ochoa played his third match in Italy.
In the past two, the Mexican goalkeeper had outstanding performances.
Salernitana is in position 16 in Serie A, two positions from the relegation places.
