Alexis Nubile
is one step away from making history in
The 8 Steps,
the series of questions and answers led by
Guido Kaczka
in El Trece (Monday to Friday at 9:15 p.m.).
The 23-year-old, if he wins another victory this Monday,
will earn 10 million pesos, a record figure for the program.
So far,
Alexis, from Villa Lugano, has accumulated 8 million
and together with Pablo Davita (he participated at the end of 2022) he has the record.
Hernán Parada also won eight million, but in a surprising gesture he withdrew and kept six million, giving two million to Georgina, his rival.
Alexis's participation in
The 8 Steps
began on Monday, January 9, where he earned his first victory.
However, that day she also touched Kaczka and everyone present with her life story.
The participant, who suffers from a central nervous system disease that forces him to be in a wheelchair, explained that the reason he signed up for the program is that he needs to pay for expensive medication.
"There is a medication that I want to apply and we are in the process of that.
But the social work puts obstacles because the medication is very expensive. So the money would be used to pay the lawyers and the protection," he
said that day, making clear his intention to carry out the treatment that improves their quality of life.
Alexis, who said that she lives with her mother María Rosa,
made an impact on the first day with her story but later she would do so with her knowledge.
Alexis celebrated with her family the day she won her first two million on "The 8 Steps."

With great confidence he accumulated correct answers, he made a perfect route without errors, he reached the final, in the last question ("what European tourist attraction is more than 600 years old?") he correctly answered "Tower of Pisa" and
took his initials 2 million.
“Alexis is the winner!
Alexis, who lives in Villa Lugano with his mother, María Rosa.
His father's name is Daniel.
She has two dogs, Frida and Vera.
Her grandparents are Eduardo and Mabel… ”, Kaczka celebrated Alexis' triumph, that she received her mother and a friend of hers for the celebration, a custom that would later be repeated.
On Tuesday the scene was repeated.
The young man once again demonstrated all his wisdom and prevailed again in the game, without fail, accumulating 4 million.

"Given the refusal of my prepaid to want to cover the expensive treatment,
I plan to invest a large part of the money in lawyers who will lead a process to reach a good port,"
he reiterated about the destination that will give the economic prize.
On Wednesday, Alexis won again (accumulating 6 million pesos) and Guido asked him another destination for the money.
Then, the young man confessed:
"I want my independence"
, revealing his intention to go live alone.
And then, with a lot of charisma, he added: "It's not because I can't stand living with my mom, um, on the contrary, I love her very much, but I would like to go live alone."
"What famous Argentine writer was a physicist?" Was the final question on Thursday.
Alexis answered Ernesto Sábato and reached the record figure of 8 million.
Alexis has already won 8 million and is going for more.

"Eight million pesos! Wonder. He got the maximum, like Pablo. How wonderful! He is a re-winner
," exclaimed the driver, while Alexis, excited as never before, celebrated -once again- with his mother and friend.
Then came Guido's question: "You entered the Olympus of The 8 Steps. You are among the gods of the game. Now you can be the god of all gods if you win 10 million pesos.
You would become Zeus. For that you have to come back, it's up to you. Alexis, come back?"
Super safe and confident, Alexis declared:
"Yes, I'll be back."

The well-deserved rest came on Friday (a special broadcast of
The 8 Steps
in which former contestants who had lost on the first step participated) and on Monday, January 16,
Alexis will return for the record of 10 million
, a figure that will give him -according to words of Kaczka - the nickname of "Zeus of the program".
