1. Enter Hong Kong West Kowloon Station

Since the high-speed rail has canceled the physical ticket, passengers only need to hold the home return card and enter the station through the self-service passage in the lobby.

First put the front of the Home Return Permit into the upper left corner of the card reader, then remove the mask for face recognition, and then you can enter the gate.

Note: You must enter the gate 30 minutes before driving to use the self-service channel.

2. Exiting Hong Kong

After entering the gate, go through the security check, then get off the elevator on the first floor to the departure hall.

MTR will require passengers to complete an electronic health declaration before leaving the country.

The electronic health declaration form can use WeChat or an electronic form, and the method is the same.

3. Entry to the Mainland

The West Kowloon High Speed ​​Rail Station adopts double inspection in one place. After entering the "inland area", passengers have to scan the QR code on the health declaration form, and then show their home return permit at the gate. After being checked by the customs officer, they can "enter the country".

4. Waiting in the waiting room for boarding

After entering the waiting room, passengers should pay attention to the boarding time and platform of the train displayed on the screen, and there will be a broadcast reminder on the spot.

Passengers arrive at the designated gates and present their Home Return Permits at the gates for scanning, then they can enter the platform and board the train.
