Opposite the ramparts of the old town, this pretty restaurant, open during the summer of 2022, seduces with its contemporary and warm decoration: fir green velvet armchairs, light wood decor, copper table and artisanal ceramics.

At lunch that day, the appetizers say a lot about the cuisine of chef Romain Le Cordroch, who has worked in many starred establishments in France and abroad.

As a starter, the brick pastry tartlet and its creamy cauliflower with fermented milk, served with winkles, a cold-cooked egg yolk, a kiwi coulis with lemon balm and a butter of seaweed hits hard.
