Two thieves armed with knives broke into the watch store and robbed seven Rolex watches worth 1.22 million yuan, 20 10,000 yuan in cash and employees’ phones and wallets. The 44-year-old male shop owner surnamed Huang was sent to the hospital with injuries to his fingers and forehead.
The police pursued the two culprits afterwards. After investigation, a man was arrested yesterday (14th) on suspicion of three counts of "robbery", "assaulting the police" and "resisting arrest".
