Syria's Ambassador to Russia, Dr. Bashar Al-Jaafari, discussed with the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Moscow, Gulnara Clara Samat, ways to enhance bilateral and historical relations between the two friendly countries.
During the meeting, Ambassador Al-Jaafari gave a political and economic presentation on the course of the terrorist war that Syria was exposed to, and the negative impact of unilateral coercive Western measures on the Syrian people, noting the balanced and supportive positions of Kyrgyzstan before international organizations.
Ambassador Al-Jaafari also stressed the need to strengthen relations between the two sides in all fields, especially in the field of economic cooperation.
For her part, Ambassador Samat affirmed her country's keenness to develop bilateral relations that bring together the two friendly countries in all fields, especially in the economic field, expressing her hope that Syria will restore its role and position at various levels.
The meeting was attended by the Minister Counselor at the Embassy, Dr. Alaa El-Din Hamdan, and the Counselor, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Ismail.
