Today, the Iraqi Military Intelligence Directorate announced the arrest of an ISIS terrorist in Nineveh Governorate, in the north of the country.
The Iraqi News Agency, Ina, quoted the Directorate as saying in a statement: Based on accurate intelligence information, an elaborate ambush was set up in the Takleef district of Nineveh Governorate, and as a result, one of the wanted terrorists was arrested, who was working as a smuggler of foodstuffs, health and other items for (ISIS) elements. The statement indicated that the wanted person was handed over to the judicial authorities to complete the procedures against him.
The day before yesterday, Iraqi forces arrested 33 terrorists during operations carried out in several provinces.
