A man died
when a shooter began shooting with his weapon in the middle of a family parade in the town of
Llavallol
.
Seven other people were injured.
The tragedy occurred on Saturday night, at a celebration that took place on Santos Vega street, in front of a monoblock complex.
There a
fight began in the middle of the dance
, when the murga "Los caprichosos" was playing.
According to witnesses cited by the regional newspaper El Diario Sur, around one in the morning
a group of young people were drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana
.
A family came up to ask them if they could cum, since the smell was very strong and there were boys at the party.
There, a person identified as Nahuel A. (21) got up to try to hit the person who asked them to leave.
At the same time, another young man from the group named Axel P.(23)
took out a weapon and began shooting at close range.
Ariel Gómez, a 38-year-old man
who was selling patys to help raise money for the murga , died as a
result of the shooting .
Most of the other wounded have been shot in the legs and are out of danger.
According to the testimony of police sources collected by the local media, Pacheco would have tried to flee but after 200 meters he
was arrested
and his firearm, a 9 mm Bersa brand pistol, was seized.
"The boy was selling patys, he was a member of the murga. There was a discussion between other kids, one took out a gun and started shooting everywhere. He injured seven people and unfortunately this boy was killed," said a neighbor who was present to the newspaper La Unión, from Lomas de Zamora.
Another witness assured that
"they killed him in front of everyone and his own son."
"I did not know the boy who was killed but I live in the neighborhood. Two of my nephews were affected by bullet wounds and we could also have suffered their absence. Thank God they are fine. The two defendants are in custody, hopefully justice will be done," another neighbor added.
UFI No. 1 intervenes in the case.
