Around 7:30 p.m., the members of the brigade saw an individual riding a scooter, without a helmet, coming in their direction.
The police ordered him to stop for a check.
First pretending to comply, the suspect suddenly accelerates, hitting one of the corporals head-on.
One of his phalanges was then torn off, which led him to be evacuated to the Grenoble University Hospital.
Leaked scooter
According to a police source, the driver of the scooter quickly abandoned the vehicle, helped by another individual at the controls of an electric scooter.
The two suspects are still actively sought by the police.
After verification, the suspect's scooter was declared stolen.
The Grenoble prosecutor's office told
