"This is not a legal reform, this is a move to save Netanyahu":
Against the background of the political turmoil surrounding the legal reform, the Knesset factions are meeting today (Monday) and as part of them statements will be made by the chairmen of the parties.
First to speak were opposition leaders Benny Gantz and Avigdor Lieberman who attacked the government's initiatives.

The Israel Beitenu faction was the first to gather.
During it, Lieberman referred to the economic situation he left to the new government and claimed that its actions threaten to deteriorate it.
"I want to refer to economic data - we are in a crisis, but this is a global crisis. Inflation reflects a forecast that we presented in the last few days at the Treasury. It is still high, but we are in good company. In terms of housing - we have seen a stoppage and curbing of prices even in the annual increase in prices."
"I would like to warn the cabinet members. The decisions made and the coalition agreements endanger the Israeli economy," he warned.
"Increasing the allowance for children, food stamps, subsidizing public transportation - people have no incentive to go to work.
Afterwards, Lieberman commented on Levin's legal reform: "This is not a legal reform, it is a move to save Netanyahu. There is a power intoxication, the result is a serious damage to the unity of the people. Regarding coming to the demonstrations against the government - we are the only party in the opposition that is a right-wing party. Therefore, we will not be at the demonstrations with black flags and Palestinian flags."
The reform reached the Knesset today, when it was debated in the Constitution Committee.
