Police are kicked and insulted by rampaging men in Starnberg

Starnberg - Saturday night in Starnberg roaring and rampaging men are out and about.
The police intervene.
Physical altercations ensue.
On Sunday in the early hours of the morning, the Starnberg police station was informed about men yelling and rampaging on Gautinger Strasse.
When a uniformed police patrol arrived, a group of seven men was identified.
When spoken to, the group stopped, except for two men.
When told to stop again, one of the men stopped and the second started to run away.
Police officers give chase and are kicked and insulted by men
The officers gave chase and, after a short sprint, were able to catch up with the man and use direct force to bring him to the ground.
The man fought back, kicking his feet and insulting the police officers.
During the tying up, part of the group approached the officers and tried to disrupt them in their work – they yelled loudly at the officers and repeatedly approached them in a threatening manner.
More patrols are brought to the scene
They could only be kept at a distance by threatening to use additional resources.
When another patrol arrived, the situation was brought under control and the personal details of all people present were determined.
Despite the physical altercation, no one was injured.
The tied person was taken to the station.
A voluntary breath alcohol test carried out there showed a value of over 1.6 per thousand.

According to the police, a closer inspection of the site was able to determine a large number of property damage in the immediate vicinity, for which the group must now be responsible.
The main aggressor is also being investigated for resisting and assaulting law enforcement officials, attempted bodily harm and insults.
Criminal proceedings are also being instituted against the men who tried to stop the police officers from tying them up.
