During this conversation with Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Vladimir Putin criticized the "
destructive line adopted by the Kiev regime which has bet on the intensification of the fighting, with the support of Western sponsors who are increasing their deliveries of arms and military equipment
the Kremlin said in a statement.

The two leaders also raised the issue of the exchange of prisoners, "
