The Aberdeen Club, which is in charge of the operation, pointed out that there are many bus lines near Jinfang that go directly to various districts on Hong Kong Island or Kowloon, and there are also several green minibus routes passing through Carmel Road where Jinfang is located. The transportation facilities are complete.

Residents also only need to walk for 1 minute to reach the community facilities in the area.

The transitional housing project "Shangjinfang" is located at No. 5, Carmel Road, Stanley. The housing building was rebuilt from the former Sheng Kung Hui Stanley Primary School. The Shangjinfang building is three floors high, all units are newly renovated, and there are no elevators.

There are also shared leisure facilities, organic farms, multi-purpose sports grounds and recreational facilities within the scope of the plan.

The vicinity of Shangjinfang is mainly residential, and the surrounding environment is quiet.

In addition to renting fees, residents also need to pay a deposit (the amount is equivalent to one month's renting fee) and printing fees.
