A drunk driving case occurred in North Point.
Around midnight on the 17th, the authorities received a report from a passer-by that a private BMW car was found stopping at Changkang Street and King's Road. The driver was suspected to be unconscious.
Rescuers rushed to the scene, patted the driver awake, and found that someone smelled of alcohol. The traffic police arrived at the scene and took the victim into a police car, and conducted an alcohol breath test on him, but failed.
The driver was arrested on suspicion of "drink driving".
A friend of the arrested person arrived at the scene after the incident and drove the vehicle away.
According to what was seen at the scene, the front windshield of the private car involved had the Hong Kong Jockey Club "Group Horse Owner" parking pass, and the ghost mask had the school badge of a school in Kowloon Tong on it.

The police said the male driver, surnamed Mai, was 42 years old.
At 11:58 p.m. on January 16, the police received a report from a passerby that the suspected male driver had fainted in a private car at the junction of King's Road and Cheung Hong Street in North Point.
Officers arrived at the scene after receiving the report. After preliminary investigation, the driver failed the alcohol breath test and was arrested on suspicion of "drink driving".

The vehicle involved was parked on Changkang Street.
