The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed the need to transform international positions into actions and procedures capable of providing international protection for the Palestinian people, and forcing the Israeli occupation authorities to abide by international law and human rights principles.
In a statement today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the international reactions do not yet reach the level of what the Palestinian people and their just cause are exposed to, as the occupation authorities continue their bloodshed and implementation of their expansionist settlement plans, with the aim of undermining any opportunity to establish a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
The Foreign Ministry condemned the flagrant violations of international law committed by the occupation forces and settlers against the Palestinians, their land, homes and sanctities, warning of the dangers of escalating settler crimes and their encroachment on Palestinian lands, and of the daily incursions carried out by the occupation forces into Palestinian cities, camps and towns, amid heavy shooting, which often leaves more casualties.
