Many of us believe that dreaming about a person who has passed away is his way of communicating with us from the next world.
While sometimes this may be true, there is seemingly a way to decipher when it is only in our heads.
Daniel Ingenito, an expert in healing with the help of intuitive energy, claims that there are two types of dreams about the deceased.
In a video that gained close to five million views on TikTok, the spiritual healer explains that the difference is a matter of life and death.
"There are two ways to look at it," Ingnito opens the video, "If you dream of someone and in the dream they are alive, it's usually your brain trying to digest something about this person or other areas of your life and this person probably appears in your dream because you trusted them."
She added: "On the other hand, if you dream of someone but know in the dream that he is dead, you wake up and remember the dream as if it happened in reality, when you are excited, it means that this person came to visit you in the dream."

Bottom line, Ingenito claims that not every deceased who appears in our dreams comes to visit us.
If he lives in a dream - it is probably our head that is trying to understand things and needs a close person to help us with this.
If he dies in a dream - it is probably a visit from the next world.
Believe it or not, her video garnered almost 10,000 comments from many who definitely believe and shared their dreams.
Also, there were quite a few skeptics: "This is your opinion, not the truth," wrote one, and another added: "Dead people don't visit us in dreams. It's just our way of dealing with death."
