One of those sought-after spa destinations is the city of Pištani in Slovakia, to which direct flights from Israel will begin starting this April.
Slovakia is known as a cheap country that allows tourists who come to enjoy shopping at attractive prices, restaurants and other attractions at reasonable costs.
In the first phase, one weekly flight to the city is expected to operate, but the frequency may be increased in the future.

Joseph Vikupitz, president of the Ternava Regional Tourism Bureau, said: "After our success in operating the direct flight line from the international airport located in Pishtani to Egypt and Turkey, we chose to launch the line to Tel Aviv this year as well."
The person who will operate the flights will be the Overseas tourism company from the Genesis Group, which signed an exclusive agreement with the Slovak Tourist Board and the Regional Tourism Council of Trnava District to operate the direct flight line.
