Immenstadt – At the beginning of December, the employees of the Immenstadt hospital found a surprise in the entrance area.

As reported by the Swabian police, someone put a newborn boy down there.

This was wrapped in several towels.

Luckily, the hospital staff discovered the infant immediately and were able to care for him appropriately.

Shortly after it was found, it was transferred to the children's hospital in Kempten.

In the meantime, the newborn boy has found a temporary home in a foster family.

However, the authorities are looking for the mother or the person who dropped the boy in the foyer of the Immenstadt hospital.

According to the police, previous investigations have been unsuccessful.

Witnesses wanted: Tuesday, December 6 at 6:30 a.m. at the Immenstadt hospital

The Swabian police are therefore asking for the help of the population.

Witnesses are being sought who were in the area of ​​the Immenstadt hospital at around 6.30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2022.

More specifically, references to a female carrying a bundle of towels and walking towards the emergency room are helpful.

Likewise, knowledge of the origin of the towels depicted in which the child was found.
