"It was a burden for me, I didn't know what to do anymore," said the 20-year-old Geretsrieder before the juvenile court, before which he had to answer for threats and bodily harm.

He also deeply regrets the second act a few days after the death threat, according to the accused.
His girlfriend had come again to get things from his apartment.
An argument ensued and he hit her in the face with his fist.
She suffered a slight hematoma under her left eye.
"He seemed depressed and immediately admitted the punch," a police officer wrote in the minutes.
"I regretted it very much, I was shaking a lot," the young man said at the hearing.
"You don't hit, especially not a woman." He only realized later what a punch could have done, he reported from the conversation with the juvenile court help.
He later talked to his former girlfriend.
Everything is fine again.
"I'm very sorry," said Geretsrieder in the courtroom, still visibly impressed by his failures.
"I wished her death, you really don't do that." The fact that he "immediately regretted the blow and immediately took back the threat" didn't protect him from a penalty, but had a mitigating effect on it.

She sentenced the trainee to a fine of 500 euros to the Oberland bridge ("They do aggression training for young men") and a leisure arrest from Saturday to Monday morning "as a shot in the bow", according to the juvenile judge.
The defendant accepted the verdict.
