Prison: early releases worry

DECRYPTION - Since January 1, anyone sentenced to less than 2 years in prison comes out three months before the end of their sentence.

The only exceptions to the rule are those convicted of domestic violence, rape and sexual assault, offenses against minors under the age of 15, or persons responsible for public order.

And in the absence of disciplinary misconduct in detention.

All individuals who have received a prison sentence for drug trafficking, theft, violence - including with weapons or in a meeting or both - are therefore concerned.
