(ANSA) - GENOA, 17 JAN - The public prosecutor of Imperia intervenes in the case of the child found in danger of life due to alleged ill-treatment by the grandmother's companion, stating in a note that "the investigations carried out so far regarding the production of the most serious injuries suffered by the minor and which have determined the danger to life, do not appear to lead back to voluntary conduct of beatings or ill-treatment".
The prosecutor adds that "voluntary harmful conduct in the previous era is not excluded".
