The passion for drawing that accompanied Raneem Sharaf from As-Suwayda governorate since her childhood as a hobby, soon turned about a year ago into the path of training in one of the artistic ceremonies, which contributed to refining her talent, and created a basis for her, from which she would launch in the coming period into the space of plastic art.
The 16-year-old, Raneem, said during her interview with the SANA Youth Bulletin: The encouragement she received from her father, who is interested in the artistic side, prompted her to work more to develop what she has in the field of drawing. She trained in it, which encouraged her to continue, and draw as many works as possible.
Raneem indicated that in drawing she combines pencil techniques, wood colors and charcoal, and through it she expresses her inner ingredients and her sense of life, with her current focus on the realistic style and choosing topics that mostly revolve around nature, silent nature and human faces.
Sharaf dedicates daily hours to drawing within her home with all love, as she feels a beautiful feeling with every work she performs, and it is seen by the surrounding environment, based on, as I mentioned, that art is life and a beautiful language, for self-expression and affirmation.
According to her, Raneem seeks to constantly learn about the artistic experiences of others, to try to benefit from them, and to search for everything that develops her talent and achieves her ambition in the field of plastic art without contradicting her interest in continuing her studies. She is currently a student in the eleventh grade of the scientific branch.
Raneem, according to the plastic artist Imad Al-Naddaf, received periodic training in his studio, so that an academic basis was laid that serves her ambition in the future, indicating that her level is developing successively, and she draws calmly and thoughtfully, and tries to formulate shapes in a beautiful way, with her proficiency in employing color in its correct framework, and her distinction with accuracy and softness Shading and coloring.
Al-Naddaf mentioned that Raneem left, within a short period of her joining the studio, a beautiful imprint, and became qualified to move to work with new drawing techniques, noting that she has capabilities that help her to be a distinguished artist in the coming period.
