Dmitry Feoktistov, Russia's ambassador to Argentina, said that large quantities of Western weapons destined for Ukraine are leaking onto the black market.
In an article published by the Argentine newspaper Noticias Urbanas, the ambassador said, "Recently, many facts have emerged that confirm the validity of our warnings about the consequences of large-scale and uncontrolled arms supplies to the Ukrainian authorities. There is no doubt that the irresponsible injection of modern weapons into Ukraine will have Great consequences later on the various regions of the world that will face the risks of uncontrolled movement of lethal weapons.
Feoktistov stressed that large-scale deliveries of weapons and military equipment to the Kyiv regime, which are currently being carried out by Western countries, do not contribute to settling the conflict, but only fuel it.
The ambassador emphasized that Russia hopes to support its international partners on multilateral platforms, to create reliable barriers to prevent Ukrainian weapons and military equipment from reaching the hands of unknown parties.
According to available information, since the beginning of the Russian special military operation, the United States and its allies have transferred more than 150.8 billion dollars to Ukraine, and almost a third of these funds, 84.8 billion dollars, have been allocated to its military needs.
