MK Simcha Rothman will convene the Constitution Committee today (Monday) in order to continue discussing the promotion of the legal reform of Minister Yariv Levin.
The second discussion regarding the reform will focus on the authority of the government and the ministers to determine their legal position in their daily operations and before judicial courts.
In the first debate we discussed the law of the ombudsmen according to which their opinion will be advice only, and it is not binding on the ministers.
