In the final hearing of the trial for the crime of Lucio, on December 22, the prosecution and the complaint requested that the mother, Magdalena Espósito Valenti (25), and her partner Abigail Páez (28) be sentenced to
life imprisonment
for homicide .
and sexual abuse.
The prosecution in charge of Verónica Ferrero considered that the two women attacked Lucio together and that the aggression that led to his death began at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, November 26, 2021. The sentence will be announced on February 2.
