Fernández will arrive this Wednesday in the province of Cuyo, where he will visit an effluent treatment plant in Lavalle and a prison in Luján de Cuyo.

He explained that the new anger with Fernández is due to the contrary award for Mendoza in the dispute that he has had with La Pampa for more than a decade for works on the Portezuelo del Viento dam.
"16 days ago they notified me that there was a ruling against the President for Portezuelo del Viento. They said that a new environmental impact study must be carried out, that they have already been done and have a high cost, and that these studies - this is the most serious - it must be submitted to the Council of Governors of COIRCO", Suárez deepened.
The Colorado River Interjurisdictional Committee (COIRCO), founded in 1976, is in charge of protecting the basin's resources.
It is made up of Buenos Aires, La Pampa, Mendoza, Neuquén and Río Negro.
To prosper, the studies need the unanimous support of all the members, which makes their approval practically unfeasible.
"La Pampa will never accompany us," Suárez remarked about the position of the province currently governed by the Peronist Sergio Ziliotto.

Suárez has already communicated with Julio Vitobello, Secretary of the Presidency, to tell him that he will not make the tour with the President.
The Minister of Public Works will go in his place, said the governor.
