This is simply what 10 Supreme Court judges said to Aryeh Deri, disqualifying him from being a Kosher minister in the government.
When did Deri lie?
For the first time when he was convicted of bribery in 1999.
For the second time, in January 2022, when it was determined that leaves no.

At the Magistrate's Court, Deri left the impression that he was retiring from political life.

Elron did not disqualify Deri, but demanded that the issue be returned to Solberg.
The end result would likely have been the same.
Because in view of the cheating towards the court, Deri indeed deserves every disgrace.
And yet, the court could and should be more restrained.
Deri is right in feeling that he has been wronged.
His conviction was born out of persecution by the legal system.

For any other person, the matter would have ended with a tax assessment, and eliminated.
But in his case, the system climbed a tree so high, and created so many expectations, that for it to end the matter with a procedural procedure was impossible.
It was not justice that interested the lawsuit, but respect, and it's a shame that it was so.
Nevertheless, although one can understand Deri's feelings, lies and manipulation are not the answer to the Supreme's decision.
Disobeying court decisions is also out of the question.
With all the sadness in this for Netanyahu, the coalition leaders, Shas voters, Deri and his family and so on - violating the court's order is out of the question.
