A very impressive visit of the Rebbe Rabbi Yosiah Pinto in Italy. At the center of the visit, mass Torah lessons were held in the capital Rome and dignitaries of the community and the Italian government met with the Rebbe for advice and blessing.

Already upon Rabbi Pinto's arrival, the head of local security was waiting for him at the airport, who accompanied the rabbi with a convoy of secured vehicles and police escort throughout the visit.

The main lesson took place in the main synagogue "Beit El", where more than 1,200 people from the residents of Rome, and guests who came especially from around the world, participated.
At the table of honor in the synagogue sat the chief rabbi of Rome, Rabbi Shmuel D'Sini, who spoke in honor of the guest, Rabbi Pinto.
At Rabbi Pinto's side sat his son and successor of the Rebbe, Rabbi Yoel Pinto.
After the lesson, which lasted over an hour, there was an audience reception during which the participants passed one by one and received Rabbi Pinto's blessing and advice.
During class, the local police closed several streets near the synagogue and secured the event with a large number of police officers.

Earlier, Rabbi Pinto met with dignitaries and heads of the community and with local businessmen and gave Torah lessons at the home of the Padalon and Vito families - dignitaries of the Jewish community in Rome.
The visit left a great impression on the Jewish community in Rome known for the special tradition that has been leading it for many years under the current leadership of the Chief Rabbi Rabbi De Sinai.
