On the eve of the third anniversary of the murder in Villa Gesell and the end of the testimony stage, images from a municipal security camera came to light.

A video with images recorded by a security camera from the municipality of Villa Gesell, which shows

the complete sequence

of the moment in which Fernando Báez Sosa suffered the attack that caused his death, came to light on the eve of the third anniversary of the crime and of the closure of the testimonies stage in the trial that is being carried out for this case in the Courts of Dolores.

The material, which would be incorporated into the judicial file and was taken from the corner of Avenida 3 and Buenos Aires, shows the

moments before and after the attack

suffered by the young man murdered in the early morning of January 18, 2020, in front of the Le Brique, from that spa town.

It is a compilation of just over 12 and a half minutes, which covers from 4:32 to 5:11 that morning.

In that period,

Báez Sosa can be seen leaving the dance hall

, crossing the street and going to the area where minutes later he was fatally beaten.

After the episode, the arrival of police personnel was seen, who moments before the deadly incident had gone to a nearby place as part of a parallel alert.

The suspects are also seen heading towards the corner where the security camera was installed, after the attack.

Eight young people are being held

in the case

, several of them members of a Zárate rugby team, accused of killing the teenager.

They are Máximo Thomsen, 23;

Luciano Pertossi, 21;

Ciro Pertossi, 22;

Lucas Pertossi, 23;

Ayrton Viollaz, 23;

Enzo Comelli, 22;

Matías Benicelli, 23, and Blas Cinalli, 21, who are accused of

"double aggravated homicide due to treachery and the premeditated cooperation of two or more people"

, a crime that has a life sentence.

In total, 176 witnesses were summoned, although some did not testify since they were rejected by the parties.

Fernando's parents will hold a ceremony for the third anniversary of the crime

Silvino Báez and Graciela Sosa, the parents of Fernando Báez Sosa, will hold an interreligious ceremony this Wednesday at the Dolores Amphitheater, on the

third anniversary of the crime against the young

law student.

Starting at 7:00 p.m., they will hold a "religious prayer" and a "solidarity collection" at the Municipal Amphitheater of Parque Libres del Sur, in Dolores.

Fernando's mother requested authorization from the authorities to carry out the tribute there and to have a screen to project images, in addition to using the lighting and public bathrooms, all of which will be provided by the Municipality.

The stage of presenting evidence of the trial of the eight accused of beating Fernando Báez Sosa to death, will close this Wednesday with the testimonies of two forensic doctors.

They are the doctors Juan José Fenoglio and Jorge Rodolfo Velich, experts on behalf of the defense in charge of Hugo Tomei, who on Tuesday visited the eight defendants whom he represents in Penal Unit 6 of Dolores and was with them for almost three hours.

However, attention will also be focused on

the possibility that a defendant chooses to give a statement

, as three of them have already done.

The allegations, meanwhile, would be from next Monday.
