The complaint for rape and violence by an inmate of the Fleury-Mérogis women's remand center (Essonne) against a supervisor was dismissed for "
insufficiently characterized offense

The inmate, 22 years old at the time, accused a supervisor of having raped her by "
inserting her fingers into her vagina
" during a search for possession of a telephone in December 2021.
Slammed hard against a door
The young woman, in pre-trial detention since May 2021 for complicity in armed robbery, also claims that before this search several supervisors had pressed her violently against a door and against a wall, ensuring for her part that she had not been aggressive.
Facts for which she filed a complaint for rape and intentional violence, leading to the opening of an investigation by the Évry prosecution in the spring of 2022.

The incident report written by the supervisors gave another version.
According to them, the inmate had tried to put a phone in her private parts.
Not wanting to hand it over to prison officers, a body search was carried out and the phone was found in the pants.
