Wyoming senators have introduced legislation to ban the sale of electric vehicles by 2035 to protect local oil and gas industries.
The bill, introduced Friday in the state Legislature, argues that electric vehicles will hamper Wyoming's ability to trade with other states.

Wyoming's bill doesn't just oppose Joe Biden's climate plan.
It also goes against the provisions of states like California, which intend to eliminate gasoline-powered vehicles.
