On video: Burglars with a tractor: documentation of the ATM robbery near the police station in the Negev (according to section 27a, of the copyright law)
Unknown people tried yesterday (Tuesday) to steal an ATM in the Hora settlement near Beer Sheva, while using a tractor and trying to dislodge it from the place.
When the police arrived at the scene, the suspects ran away and during searches of the area, the owner of the tractor was located.
He was detained for questioning and his involvement in the attempted robbery is being investigated.
In the documentation of the case, it can be seen that most of it was dismantled and broken, the bricks and the surrounding sidewalk floor were also displaced.
All this while a security camera is installed in the place and nearby there are a police station and the settlement library.

This week, a 20-year-old resident of Ofakim was arrested on suspicion of breaking into a bank in the city.
The suspect was caught red-handed while on the spot, after the police received a report around 1:00 a.m. that the branch had been broken into.
The police officers, who arrived at the scene with increased force, noticed that the main door had been smashed, and realized that the suspect was probably there.
They entered the branch and arrested him.
Last August, a group of thieves was recorded during a police chase in Ofakim.
In the documentation, they were seen pushing an ATM they had stolen into the car, and immediately after that they fled the scene with the vehicle, when they noticed a police car approaching them.
Later, the gang threw the ATM outside the car, and continued to flee.
A police investigation was opened following the incident.
