While the government defends its pension reform and asks the French to work longer until the age of 64, one of the main pension funds for the liberal professions is in the crosshairs of justice, suspected of various embezzlements to the detriment of its pensioners.
According to our information, the headquarters of Cipav, located in Paris, was searched on Tuesday as part of an investigation entrusted to a Parisian investigating judge.
The latter, Pascal Gastineau, decided to open last year a judicial investigation for “organized gang fraud, misappropriation, forgery and use of forgery”.
