The court in Tel Aviv extended his detention.

Upon the stabber's arrest, his vehicle was searched, where a substance suspected to be a marijuana-type drug and a knife were found.
The suspect was interrogated, a version said, according to which the person who started the incident was the victim who, according to him, took a barbecue that was part of the products in the store, hit the suspect and as a result the fight between them started.
However, he denied stabbing the victim and stated that during the chase that happened between them, the victim was injured twice as a result of tripping over a pole.
The suspect confirmed that he pushed the complainant out of the business, but then according to him the complainant looked at him and threatened him.
At first he also denied that he had a knife in his possession, but after seeing a video that was shown to him, he stated that he took a knife out of his pocket and stated that it was a knife sold in a store and that he put it in his pocket for self-defense.

Yesterday (Tuesday) the suspect in the stabbing was brought to an extension of detention where the defense attorney claimed that he should be released and the police simply arrested the person who complained first, this is a normal young man, the complainant is the one who started the fight with him and also he did not run away to Netanya, he just moved to work in the other store.
Judge Avital Amsalem did not accept the defense attorney's argument, wrote in her decision that there is grounds for a dangerous type of arrest given the nature of the suspicion and extended his detention by 4 days.
